Hi! I want a new PC but don't have a lot of money to spare... (i am under the age of 16) so i want a good pc that runs games well within the price range of £100 to at the absolute MAX £750 Links would be appreciated greatly... (because i dont know how to build one ...) also feel free to say what specs your PC has... be nice and please reply ...
I suggest an old Blue Peter recipe of Paper mache some duct tape and some book reading and also 500 tonnes of pig iron... --- Post updated --- Its not cool....its slightly annoying no offence to you, what are you...11 years old? Oh and the computer in my signature is way beyond anything in your price range so keep dreaming...
I think you should consider building one yourself for 750 quid. You would see more performance out of the price by building your own. Check out PC Part Picker. Quick recommendations would be an Intel i5 or i7, anywhere between 8 -16 GB of RAM, a GTX 970 or above, 550 watt power supply, ATX Motherboard and case. All this is assuming you have a monitor, keyboard, etc. That cuts cost big time. Also, you would have to consider the cost of buying Windows (probably 100 quid??, can't be sure, I'm American). With your price point, you won't be able to run most new games at 1080p Ultra settings at 60FPS but they'll be likely playable with High settings.
ok thanks and also could i have the link please and £100 was way too low but im too lazy to change it
a really good computer is £1000+, my own one is £3000 but I put a lot of time and effort into getting it....
100 quid for what exactly? Sorry, I don't follow. --- Post updated --- Yeah but that thing won't be obsolete for like 10 years (one would hope)
pcpartpicker: http://pcpartpicker.com/ Make a couple lists. When I was planning on building, I went mad on the parts ($1500) then backed them down to my budget (700-800$). A good way to compare processors is on cpuboss.com and graphics cards on gpuboss.com
i put £100 to £750 but £100 is too low to even get a decent laptop... my crappy lenovo b50-70 was £200 ish --- Post updated --- well good luck and also i do hope you dont use black magic
Well straight away, gaming on a laptop is just out of the question under 1500 quid. See my above posts --- Post updated --- Might as well make a gaming 'server' pc.
Maybe I may do a Puget systems server build......they have a system I am interested in stressing to the limit
Just my opinion, it's not worth it if you're not going to need all that performance day-to-day. I could understand if you were running a rather busy server and gaming at the same time. An i7 6700 and a GTX 1080 is more than enough to run today's AAA games at Ultra/60fps
I know theres no bloody point to the 6950X its a waste of money....and I am thinking dual Titan XP cards...
You can get an i7 16 gb radyon 240 r7 for cheapest $300 at normal graphics I got that when i was 13 but it was cost on im upgrading to a gtx 960 to be just an easy 60 fps running game at high graphics... --- Post updated --- Choose wisely because building one is a timely offer... --- Post updated --- Ask your local computer specialists to help you
