I've been working a lot on my map and everything will be fine and dandy and ill save the map and reload it to test the terrain. Well every now and then I will load up the map and all of the textures will be screwed up. Keep in mind i've tested it on other computers and ive completely reinstalled the game before but still it gives me issues.

I changed the level of detail in the terrains and then this problem occurred.

For your next map you can try this also if you would like Higher Res Shadows [Above even BeamNG terrain quality for little performance impact] go to scatter sky and set Shadow res from 1024 to 2048.

Sorry idk how to help you with your map but if you do decide to start a new one then here you go... I scraped two maps 1 okay one and 1 more better then okay one... to make a masterpiece with %90 working textures/road textures + Object Textures.

See this map, my own template creation help me make that!

Ensure that your map is pointing to the correct .ter file.

Just go to your level folder and then to your terrain folder. In there you should see some material.cs files. Open the files in notepad and make sure that the directories point to the right locations. Also make sure to name your new materials correctly. I've had the same problem myself. The Torque editor sometimes doesn't save the material locations correctly and you sometimes have to correct them manually.
