    Hello. There are two questions:
    1) Is it possible to disable beamng in physics, not to load each core, and you can load a lot of cars, but the physics of damage will be been absent?
    2) whether the map is possible from the start in beamng GTA5?

There is no such thing as 'physics of damage'.

J is used to pause the physics.

The physics equations that drive the damage calculations are exactly the same as those that allow the suspension to move up and down, or the wheels spin, the chassis flex, etc. It's impossible to have one without the other.
