Is it supposed to lag in tech demo?

ok most laptops are way out of my price range for I know this wont work out. so one last question is...

Is there any computer or laptops out there that can run BeamNG under $300 dollars

And No there are no laptops under 300$ that will run this decently,
I have a Dell Inspiron with the Intel i5, Dual Core (4 logical Processors), 2.40-2.90 GHz 6Gb RAM, and the Intel HD integrated Graphics 4000 it runs this fine, on normal/high settings I rarely drop below 15 fps.
My laptop was somewhere in the 700-800$ range, so good luck finding what you want in a laptop. So getting a desktop computer would be less expensive and way easier to upgrade as needed then a new laptop would be.

I got also some weird lagging. I can archive on my Toshiba Notebook 40-80 FPS (Fraps used) according the map. But when my FPS is sinking from 80 to 60 its like a bigger lagg. Normally other Games slow down or i can see nothing, but this is weird.
When i record it, its badly to see :/
