Water issues

Normally my game runs OK but i cannot play any maps with a lot of water on, I was just wondering if there are any mods out there like the no veggie mod which removes all trees etc but for water

 

Can you give names of specific maps that lag your PC the most?

 

basically any map with large ammounts of water on them, if a map has water but i can stay away from it then its usually k but maps like small island usa etc simply will not run
