Yeah i implemented adjustable front downforce for both the left and right wings and also the rear wing, but i am not sure what a realistic rating for the downforce would be. The ground effects however will take more time though because i need to find out which nodes to bases the triangle for the downforce to act on. I also made some tyres that have a much lower friction coef. Instead of the 2.7 and 2.6 i ahve lowered it to 1.7 but should probably only be like 1.45 to 1.55. The grippiest race tyres in the stock game is 1.36 but they are not grippy at all an is the main reason i believe there are no high level race cars in the game. The hilllclimb cars are a but pathetic at the moment IMO. I have a double free lesson tomorrow so i should able to upload the files i have changed so you guys can have a play and see if you like.
I have absolutely no idea i havent had time to do much testing with it because i kept making errors in the jbeam and it wouldn't show up.
If you play the f1 game without assists you will have the same type of handling. Its not likes these cars are glued to the ground, it takes a whole lot of steering and smooth accelerating to keep it straight.
i tried with liftCoef, but this make car a huge understeer. i don't know how exactly it works. CreasingCurve, if you would like to do this and you have some problem, what is what, i will happy to help you.
No I made it.. Go to Google type in Rebel company logo..nothing comes up copy righted. Also Why are all tires yellow? --- Post updated --- My Photoshop subscription ran out, I used Gimp 2 on this. I need my photoshop back then I can do some really cool stuff.
The stripe's color indicates the tire's softness. IIRC red is the softest, then yellow and then white(?).
