Game crashes and says exceeds virtual memory limit

When I open beamng drive and a load a map, the map loads up half way and then freezes on the loading screen. It then crashes and says exceeds virtual memory limit. I have no mods installed and I have 21gb free on my ssd which is what beamng drive is on. I also have a 64 bit operating system. Please Help, Thanks.

 

Whats your RAM? Its in About PC>Installed Ram

What is your graphics card (please specify the amount of vram e.g GTX 960 2gb) this is not a RAM problem, but a VRAM problem

 

it is a MSI amd Radeon R7 360 series with 2 gb and gddr5. Beamng drive worked perfectly fine until it updated.

 

2gb is more than sufficient, this is not a hardware issue

 

Do you know what it might be?

 

Which map are you trying to load? Could be a problem with the map.

 

i loaded the campaign and it crashed, I tried loading gridmap and it crashed and also small island usa

 

Could you try posting a link of your task manager with the game open. You could have something open in the background that is messing with your RAM usage.

Yeah, just a picture of this, use Control+Alt+Delete and select task manager and just have picture of beam in the background and task manager in front

The problem is getting out of my hands now, i am not a huge computer expert and haven't had the problem you have had very often so i don't really know all the fixes beside the basic ones. @Nadeox1 Maybe you could this guy out?

 

Oh wow! I had the same problem for 2 1/2 YEARS! I was so sad that I couldn't play maps! what I did was I typed in the start box: virtual memory and I found "how to change the size of virtual memory" and I followed the directions from that tab and I got my game back!!!!!!! I WAS SO HAPPY AND I RAN AROUND SHRIEKING! So you should try this. yes, no one here was able to solve it either. If you have more questions, or if this does not work, I may be able to help more! I have tried to start a conversation with you too.

I had the same problem, Nadeox could not help me in the end

 

I have no clue to the correct way of using a forum I even asked a search engine what OT: means on the BeamNG forum to which I got no answer other then Urban Dictionary claims "Off Topic" which makes sense.
