I feel that the window shatters aren't realistic enough. The windows I feel should shatter into pieces, not one chunk of it break, along with headlights/taillights. Along with the windshield just cracking, even with the car in a ball. And make them be able to roll down. (Idk weird thought I had)

Also, make it to where the vehicles paint can chip, or fall off, leaving rust. And try to make the window wipers move, for lots of realism.
-Newer cars, like the ETK 800 Series, will have rain sensing wipers-
-Older vehicles, like the Gavril Grand Marshal, will have manual wipers (turn on manually)-
-Semi vehicles, like the Gavril T-Series, will have 2 wiper settings (depending on the semi) will have a button for the left wiper, and right wiper-

And add lowriding capabilities! (Hydraulics, sick paints, custom (not racing) steering wheels, etc..

You can try to make these things yourself if you want to. The devs are currently working on a complete overhaul of the drivetrain system, and a few new cars too.
Glass breaking entirely would be hard to do, because it's near impossible to simulate the pieces of shattered glass from the windshield without massive performance concerns. Chipping paint hasn't been implemented but I believe it's planned.

I probably can't make them move (no experience), and I didn't think about performance w/ the glass. :p

Perhaps a particle scheme with collision could be believable but I think the actual glass pieces would need to be 3D geometry/meshes?
Regardless, this would be a lot of work.

What would point of working wipers without having rain? Also modded rain maps don't simulate drops on the windshield, so even there wipers wouldn't have a point.

Most of what you are asking for will hopefully be implemented. Remember, Beamng is in ALPHA.

There you go. Have you thought of technical limitations? The engine is already very CPU-heavy and adding rain sensors and 839482374 different windscreen wipers is not really going to help, nor does it really add a USP.

In real time it would take too much resource.
What would be interesting would be to script glass and debris.

when windshields break, there could be a grid of forward facing billboards that spawn in its place (collidable mesh)

it is very odd that a windshield actually shatters in real life accidents.

    How is it odd?

Didn't think of that... Plus it would lag the game, like, A LOT.

windscreens dont shatter in real life - they just crack since they are portected by a layer of plastic.
what i would like to see is the windhield falling out as a whole or at least disconnect from the frame.
it happens in real accidents and it would stop the windscreen from stretching in a unrealistic fashion which ruins the immersion.

I actually added this to my newest Bus, the front windows crack but they also fall out of the frame on hard impact, it's not that hard to do, it just needs a jbeam connected to the window housing

Oh yeah, the Bluebird! That is one of my favorite mods, but the T series *frame* lags my game, and it really disapoints me :p

This is still early acces, a few of these may be added before the game is complete.
