Have you read this page? Requirements If so you would know the reason why your only getting 15 FPS. Also I use i7 myself, and this is one main reason: 6GB DDR3 Memory BNG needs 8 or more. Try running everything on lowest.

what? i run the game with 4gb of ram on max settings at 60+ fps. fps is related to cpu and gpu speed - not much else.

i am kind of tired of seeing posts on these forums crying about FPS and when they link their specs it's a low powered laptop or some desktop with integrated graphics. this game is pretty demanding, and reasonably so.

i5 4670k, gtx 760, 4gb ram, 120gb ssd. the ram is temporary, of course.

Your processor is dual core only. This is the main reason.

That's right I thought I forgot to add something. Quad core is needed.
    Is that a desktop?

Just because it says Dual core doesn't mean it will work. And I go on these "post" because I help members out, but over time it gets annoying. Asking the same questions.

EDIT: Get this, one of my computer has better specs than you, but I have a freaking AMD card, and I only get 20. So its pretty self explanatory.

Do me a favor. Go to your start icon and search this: DxDiag, then copy the whole text and PM it to me, please. This will solve this.

Have you tried turning post fx off and settings down? You computer should run it ok. The dual core you have should be good to run 2-4 cars I would think. A lot of people here use i5's in their gaming computers although a desktop cpu may be faster than a similar laptop one

Haven't thought of that. My older notebook has a dual core and I cannot, have two cars, and it's running a Pentium(R), that one doesn't even have an "i".
