BTW other of the 403, we have a vw golf II memphis, a rare model with a beautifull painting (A little bit destroy by my mother but whatever) The best is, it's a first hand, my parents bought it new in 1989 :
Cool I've always wanted one of them. Same as the 205. Golf or 205? To be or not to be? That is the question.
Yeah, the mechanical stuff is in very good shape, and the exterior... Well nothing bad, but as I said, my mother doesn't really take care of it. But overall, the car is in good shape for his age.
The 205 phase II is really sturdy as well. No rust issues and especially the 1,8l diesels will live on forever. I think the 205 II and Golf II are quite equal in terms of reliability.
We have also a 106, not a classic but it share some mechanic pieces with the 205, a pretty reliable car, but the 1l4 (with 320.000 km still) loose a lot of oil.
Ah, the 106. Nice. Could be the head gasket if it's the 1360cc engine. Have you checked if there's oil in the cooling fluid?
No, no we already know what cause that, it's the cylinder head which is a little bit buckled, nothing very bad but it cost a lot to fix, so we just put 2 heads gaskets, weird I know, but it work very well, we can not do much about it.
This as been done like 5 years ago, so yeah it's work fine I guess x) At the base it was the first car of my brother, and after he bought is 2009 Fiesta, the car stay like 5 years in our garden, and it became my sister car. Much my life lol
My dad and I checked out two Ford trucks today. They were a 19?? Model A and a 1939 Ford truck. They don't appear to be for sale, unfortunately.
I own an old 1966 blue Ford Mustang, not showing myself next to a trophy. Apparently, i don't have a picture of itself on my computer?
