No, I believe he's implying that it is too good. I personally think that this is amazing, and for a vehicle of such quality, the FPS is crazy!

Yep, i remember that, but it didn't reduce the amount. I kinda hope someone makes a reasonably high quality one so that we don't get tonnes of low quality ones like ror.
