All vehicles sound the same

Looking for some ideas or answers on this one. And it's such a silly issue, but I feel like it needs to be fix. Maybe my game is messed up, but all of the cars and trucks sound like the V8 out of the Gavril D-Series. No matter what car I pick and engine I do, they all sound like the truck. I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue and had a remedy for it outside of having to delete the entire game and reinstalling it. Thanks for any support you may have.

 

Not a bug, all of the vehicles except for the covet all have the same sound(besides mods).

 

At the moment, yes. Eventually that will be changed I believe, for now I just use sound mods to give the vehicles more unique sounds.
There are all sorts of sound mods people have made on the forums. Just look in the sounds subcategory of the mods repository.

 

Odd. I know the Gavril T Series had a more diesel truck sound, along with other vehicles sounding how they should.

I must have missed when they made that change. It isn't always bad though. I love that my 200BX sounds like a V8 (aka LS in a 240sx). I'll do some looking around at sound mods. Thank you!
