Bruckell Moonhawk New car Ad

I just found the original ad for the moonhawk in an old car magazine here it is..

 

Looks like they used MS Paint back then.

 

It also appears they had Windows 7.

 

And no idea about layout/design of an ad.

 

It would appear there were some pretty harsh critics back then. I say, they just didn't know how to appreciate someone's attempt at making a car ad.

It was a fantastic attempt. But hopefully critics aren't so harsh these days...right?

 

done in 5 minutes no doubt. Come back with something impressive and you might earn some compliments

Really though, it's not bad. It could just use improvement. Look at older car ads to get an idea. Crop out the Moonhawk and have a white background with text like this:



Or something like this:

Actually this is the real alpha ad, as you will see this is alpha 0.1.0.3 so yeah.

 

A real ad wouldnt advertise a 70's car in the 80's or 90's as your ad seems to imply the current date is.

 

the current date doesn't matter its a add from alpha 1.0.3.0.

 

Try harder pls



Mine's far from perfect but I don't see many people doing much more than slapping hard-to-read text on in MSPaint.

 

It makes zero sense if you have a new car ad, for a brand new 1977 Moonhawk, but then advertise a show that didn't come out for another 10 years.
