PC builds, 1200 €

So i'm looking into building a PC, and taking it short, need advice.
My Budget is 1200 €, bit over is possible if really needed, unde would be good...

I was thinking about an i5 6600k (Skylake), and some kind of GTX maybe...
As for cooling and power supply i want to go the safe route, you know bit over what is needed /the minimum.

I hope this is enough info and am looking forward to answers...

1200 well buy you a decent computer.
For your cpu, you may want to wait a couple months for kaby lake. You might get a 7th gen for the same price or a skylake for cheaper, leaving you with more money for something else.
You don't need too much for cooling. A hyper 212 will do just fine even for a bit of overclocking. I'd say anything better than a stock cooler would be the safe route.
For the PSU, as long as you don't cheap out on a crappy one you should be fine. Getting one a bit bigger than you need is always a good idea if you want upgrades in the future. PSUs with better power efficiency ratings are usually higher quality.
You can get a 1060 for about $200 and a 1070 for $400 - 450. Cards with small form factors obviously don't cool as well, so if you don't need it to fit in a tiny case don't buy one with a tiny cooler on it.
For your mobo you would want a Z170 for overclocking, or just get a non k processor.

 

1200 should be enough for a really great pc. Get an i5 quad core, at least 8gb of ram, a good ssd and a good cooling system. For that money you could start to consider a gaming laptop even. There are a bunch of good ones on amazon
