The models are $75 each but without paying for them, this site might be a good source for inspiration or reference. I have no idea if any models here would be a shortcut to a model you want to create for the game if you were to buy one.
Those models are Extremely High Poly, more like for CG Movies and etc. Usually game models have less than half of the polies that car has.

IMO, i'd rather buy on from TurboSquid. some users have some really great cars with an acceptable poly count for beam. Most of them have a standard royalty fee, which basically states you can not redistribute the product for sales nor release the bought model in a format compatibly with a 3D modelling program. So as long as you Source the maker, keep the license handy and don't sell it what so ever, and dont release the .max(.obj .3ds etc.) then you can use these. I am actually planning on using one of the vehicles in their, seeing it has a acceptable poly count, and will only need touch ups and a little overhaul for the different versions. But yeah just my 2 cents
