Alongside the obvious (level select, etc.), I think it might not be a bad idea to use the scenarios as a staging ground for features that will eventually be integral to the career mode. Start with some simple persistent values that can be saved, such as money or pole position, and work up to such areas as persistent vehicle damage or customization. None of these campaigns would be a true alternative to the career mode, but could be used to test the theoretical parts of such a mode with a smaller time investment (quicker, more pointed feedback). And yes, it would satisfy our thirst for a car ownership simulator in the development interim.

They're great, but after playing them again I noticed a couple things. 1, In the driver training campaign there are cones to prevent you from cutting corners, however it doesn't count as cutting unless you hit them. 2, The driver training campaign is TOO stingy relating to damage. I can barely clip a wall, and I fail because the car was destroyed. All, in all, they're great.

I would like to see in the game deffirintsiala lock that can be turned on and off, and four-wheel drive is also more that would not burst the wheel after 500 km / h, I would like to see the traffic in the city and that the game does not require a lot of RAM

I liked it, it was very good, but the total detruction isnt really fun to watch, in some levels your car would be so samadged that you dindt see it was a car anymore

Maybe I am late to the party, though I enjoyed the missions fully.

    GOOD:
Fun! We all love breaking stuff!
It's possible to do with a keyboard (not everyone has a controller).
It's possible to re-do it for better score.
It shows me what to do, fairly well, fairly idiot-proof.
I am pretty sure most everyone with a dual-core or better can run these easily.

    BAD:
While some like the cinematic cameras, it made it hard to drive sometimes. Let this be an option when you start THAT mission (checkbox).
I could not SKIP the cut-scene when I was RE-DOING the mission. This was irritating.
It ended too soon (okay, game is not done yet, I get it, it's OK).
It only used two of the game maps (again, game is not done yet, there will be more).
We need more wet road/winter/muddy driving missions where the car is hard to control, and slow-and-steady is rewarded. Use patience as a goal here.
I would have enjoyed a few multi-car (not multi-seat) races here on my i7 PC but realize not everyone has a high-end CPU. Make BIG CPU Campaign?
Some random chase/race missions would really up the challenge/player interest/replay value here - though a mod like this has been done, and is very fun.

Overall, great, atleast a 7/10 stars to 8/10 stars. Was a lot of fun and kept me glued to the PC, only main gripes were the cinematic cameras I could not shut off and the fact that it was over so soon (Early-Access, it's okay).

Really looking forward to what comes along in the future guys. This game is the new 'Garry's mod for cars' kind of game.

    --Cheers!

I really enjoyed all the campaigns so far.
The best thing is that they add a bit more structure to the game and give a little bit more for people to do.
I didnt like the fact that it is really hard to find other campaigns on the forums. Maybe a new section would help with this.
Make a new section on the forum entitled CAMPAIGNS
In future it should be possible to choose what part of the campaign someone wants to do.
In future people should be able to save their progress through campaigns.

For some reason, the first episode of the "Driver Training" one was impossible, I've tried loads of times with many different methods, but the Covet just can't manage...
I'd love to see one of those story things, there are a few mods for them, but there could be a campaign also.. Apocalypse? Neuclear disaster?
I liked the senseless distruction campaign but I think it should be split, because the Scramble and the bit at the end where you had to get past the truck wasn't really destruction :p
    But, on the whole, brilliant :) !!! :) !!!

Are you having less than 20FPS?
    Because that sounds like that.

More than 20FPS is needed. Less than 20FPS will not make timed scenarios playable, as at such low framerates the game is not running in real-time (while the timers are)

I really like everything vs. another car.
What I think could be better is the instant success/fail that has been added. Even if I failed, I want to see the crash(that's why we're playing!) rather than a partially blacked out screen covering up the best part of the game! I like the instant slow-mo when a success or fail has been reached, but I think the success/fail and stats should be along the top or bottom for 10 seconds or until "enter" is hit twice or something like that.

I have seen a lot of posts here about there needing to be an option to be able to choose the levels in the campaign, and I agree.
So why not just have the levels be unlocked after you complete the campaign associated with it. So only after I have done the whole drivers training campaign can I get the individual drivers training missions as separate. I would advice them to not be put in scenarios though. It would take some longer time to find them. Instead make a "that campaigns scenarios" selector when you attempt to launch the campaign.

Also make it so that the campaign progress is saved if I leave the campaign in the middle of it. (I'm pretty sure that it doesn't do that currently but I'm not 100% sure)

I liked the variety, and how it teaches how to drive for people who haven't touched the game.
Some of the levels were a bit boring, or at least not as memorable.
You could probably optimize them a bit better for slower computers.
Again, the problems running on the slower computer. I do happen to own a more powerful one, but I will sometimes use the slow one. I had trouble even completing the first "Driver Training," just driving in a straight line, because the car, menu, and countdown took so long to load, by the time the countdown had actually commenced, I was still sitting at the start line, and it gave me about 5 seconds less.
I would like to see more explanation of the controls. I, having played the game for ages and ages, know the controls, such as handbrake and shift controls, but if you look at someone jumping into the campaigns actually looking to learn a bit about the game, and then not telling them the controls needed to complete the level, is a bit annoying. Look at AR12Gaming's video on the "Driver Training" campaign, where Nick attempts everything while not knowing the controls, which tends to mess him up. This is especially annoying, in the last level in "Driver Training," where you need to drift, but the shifting controls aren't given.
To polish the experience, while this is not specifically for the campaigns, but the game overall, would be to add more support for peripherals that would make the game feel a bit more real.

Game is entertaining, Campaign is even better. But there's one massive peeve of mine that can change my positive recommendation into a Negative. It's with the game overall, but the Campaign really enables this.
    The camera.
Please, please don't force your players to use a flashy Cinematic camera and slow motion. I did poorly in Climb because I couldn't see where I was going. And the Suspension level was painfully fustrating with the slow motion and cinematic. Not only could I not see where I was going, but I could barely control my Vehicle. Make a "Press X now for slow motion" or something. I do not want to have to have a poor experience with your game because of one little issue. Also, don't make the Orbit cam automatically pan when reversing, or if you do, don't make it automatically return to centre. It causes issues. Annoying ones. This is one small problem separating a Good game with an Amazing one.

The climb level is suppose to be hard, that's why the camera is there. Also, doing jumps isn't fun without seeing the suspension move... Finally, the reverse cam is the exact same as every other racing game out there.

I strongly agree with these points.

I have been waiting since alpha for career mode. I really hope they can add multi player.
its extremely hard, but they said it Isn't impossible, and that they want to complete single player 1st.
    but i do agree

About the orbit cam issue: I've never really had an issue with the orbit cam. I think it's fine the way it is, however i think i partly have no issue with it is because i just press the center cam button if i need the cam to center immediately(it's the 5 key on the numpad by default(need to have numlock on!)). You can also change the camera rotation speed and if you want it to be loose or strict and so on or even change default camera mode entirely, in the settings menu. I think i have everything default there except i have chase roll relaxation to 0 to keep the cam from going upside down and clipping the ground.

I agree with all these things!
I agree 100% with that @#$%ing camera. Constantly I have to maneuver the orbit camera to where I want it, seems like it's always facing the wrong way. Chase cam = barf-o-matic so I can't use that... haven't tried customizing the camera much so usually just use in-car camera.
The cinematic cameras in missions, and other non-standard cameras, aside of when the car is in the air (no player control), should always remain as ORBIT or in-car camera, to give a real feel. Why put arcade cam in a real simulation mission? I couldn't easily complete the missions with Cinematic camera on them because I couldn't see. Difficulty is good but adding artificial difficulty when driving from the 3rd party is more frustrating than anything.
