Quality Auto set to lowest?

Why when I click auto detect on the settings does it go to the lowest ones when my computer is good enough to run it at the highest settings?
Here are my specs.
CPU- AMD 8350 8 core
GPU- Sapphire Radeon hd 7950 VaporX
PSU- Rosewill 1000w
RAM- Corsair Vengeance 8gig
MONITORS- 3 LG Flatron 24"
Keyboard- logitech G510
Mouse- Logitech G9x laser

I have everything the "High End Requirements" say to have but it auto detects to lowest settings.. Plus it doesnt recognize my three monitors, i have to go in and click 5760x1080 in the resolution option.

You can set it manually, forget the automatic settings, they are always wrong in every single game...

 

I do, but it always takes so much time, and by so much time i mean like 10 seconds. but you know, its just annoying.
