How do i use props

So I just bought the game and i have a few questions
1, how do move props like if i wanna place a brick wall how do i turn it
2, how do I start a new scenarios.

 

If you want to move a car or a prop, you can press shift and C at the same time and it will detach the camera. Then you can look around with your mouse and use the wasd keys to move. When you get to the place that you want to be with the free camera, press f7, and if that doesn't work, press function and f7 at the same time. Your car or prop should spawn in the spot your camera is so you should spawn it close to the ground so your car or prop does not get damaged falling to the ground. If you are already in your car and want to set a new spawn point, you can just press ctrl and r to reset the car in the exact spot you are at.

If you want to turn a prop, you can open the map editor with f12 (I think) and press the little blue dot usually in the middle and it will allow you to turn it.

To start a new scenario, you can just press escape and it should bring up a menu. If this doesn't work, you can just exit the game and start fresh, but that's too much work. Also, just a note, you can't teleport your cars in scenarios.

Also, just for next time, whenever you have a question, use the search bar to look up your question to make sure that people haven't asked it already and been answered. The search bar should be directly under your username in the top right of the page.
