How to change the time of day?

Hi, i would really like to know how to change the time of day in this game, i cant seem to figure out how.

Yes but I follow those exact steps, and there is no "tod" file in there. Those instructions do not work.

 

That's just what "Tod" named it. Just click on the "day and night" cycle icon to change time of day which will show up in the properties window below. Some maps will also work with the day/night cycle as well. All you have to do is check the "play" box for it to work.
