My BeamNG game was brought off steam but it constantly gets less than 20 fps on some maps but only about 20% of the CPU and GPU are being used. On the blank grid I get up to 60 FPS with the T-Series but on other maps like gridmap I get 20 FPS with the D-Series.

    My Setup:
    AMD Athlon X4 860K @ 4.0 GHZ
    NVidia GeForce GT730 2GB GDDR5
    8GB DDR3 Ram
    500W Aerocool PSU
    Gigabyte GA-F2A78M-HD2 Motherboard

    Thanks,

It is probably your graphics card if you went with a 745 or up you would be fine

That 860K isn't awesome, in fact it's probably holding the performance back just as much as the GT 730.

OP needs a CPU and GPU upgrade really.

LGA2011 or LGA2011-3 ? Don't invest in a dated platform like LGA2011, go new generation if you're buying new parts.

I had a 860K at 4.5Ghz with a R9 390 and still got only 20FPS on some maps and maybe ~30FPS if I was lucky. Both your CPU and GPU needed upgraded for a good experience in BeamNg since it is CPU heavy and your GPU is just a potato.

OK, Thanks I do noe realise that BeamNG is quite CPU Heavy after testing some more and the GPU is quite a potato although I do play games like ets2 at medium/1080p and GTA5 at normal/high at 720p
