Fire on water?

I found a curious bug, if you go straight to the water (i tested in utah) when you cross it, your car turns on fire, you can also use the water to extinguish it and go out from the water without fire.... but if you cross it a little faster, you will be on fire

I honestly don't understand what the OP is trying to describe (water = fire? fire + water = fire?), but this is the closest thing I could get on video. Every other attempt resulted in no fire after driving through the water. I finally decided to try setting the car on fire and then drive through the water, but even still the fire doesn't look like the OP's picture.

 

It's because the water can't reach the node that's on fire, if the water was higher, it would be extinguished
