Ok now something strange happend. I started on Grid map with the Hirochi awd tt2. I unplugged the Wheel befor i respawned it. It worked. i plugged the g920 back in and until now it works without an error :O EDIT: i spawned the same car completly new. AND: ERROR
Sorry, forgot about that. I get this window everytime when it crashes. I already sent my crash report. ---- Strange thing: As I said adding the caravan doesn't make the game crash. I also found out that I can reset it without a crashing the game. I moved the caravan with a vehicle and as long as the caravan isn't reseted I can reset the vehicle without any problems.
Did you specify any user email or problem description when you submitted the crash report? We get hundreds of crash reports after a new release so it would greatly help locate your crash. If you didn't, could you please make the game crash again and submit a new crash report, this time writing some keyword I can look for? Thanks a lot!
A crash report (not a support report) would be of great help at this point. The crah report sender looks like this, and triggers right when the program crashes:
Of course I can! Crash report sent. Keyword: Strawberry. G920 plugged in, I was just reseting my car.
That is very helpful, thanks. It looks like logitech FFB drivers are crashing, and I have no debug symbols to figure out the reason. Could you try with FFB disabled and send another crash report, so I can see if the drivers crash somewhere else? Also, if you can get hold of a different version of their drivers for your steering wheel (earlier versions, or future beta versions), to see if they still crash, it would also be helpful.
Without FFB the game doesn't crash at all (reseting and vehicle recovering). I'm now looking for another version of the Logitech driver --EDIT-- I haven't found another version of the Logitech driver. Instead I reinstalled the driver. Same problem... I sent another crash report just in case (Strawberry 2.0).
Thank you both. Can you try manualy running the 32bit version of BeamNG, and send a report when it crashes?
Start the game from steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive\Bin32\BeamNG.drive.x86.exe Rather than directly from steam.
Yeah, sure. I'll do it tomorrow, it's already 12:40 here and I'm extremely tired right now. I'll send that report as soon as I wake up tomorrow.
I have read through this whole forum the files you sent did not work and starting it in the x32 instead of x64 just made it so my wheel didnt work and it selected my keyboard as the main controller which upon resetting the vehicle sense the wheel was not detected the game did not crash, not only that but the G920 has a habit of crashing entire pc's if it doesnt have a specific program and its rather hard to even get it to run on any game with out a Logitech Gaming Software thing so in my opinion its just a bad wheel to have over the G25 sadly mine broke and i was forced to upgrade and have had nothing but problems with it sense... Also the crash report number is 7949
Is it correct that all you really need to do is release a hotfix which tells the game what to do with the FFB for the g920
My game doesn't crash while running 32bit. --EDIT-- I spawned multible cars, now it crashes. Keyword: Strawberry 32bit
