Fatal Vehicle Exeption

    After the new update, I get in the game and none of the cars work. I've spawned them all, and all I get is "Fatal Vehicle Exception" at the top left corner. I've verified the game integrity and started in safe mode, I've even cleared the cache and nothing is working. I deleted all my mods just to make sure and still it persists.
