I guess this would make the Legran the closest to my dads Mitsubishi V3000 that he had.

If we could replace the rear suspension setup with a custom, independent one, this car wouldn't even be half as bad.

Aside from that, adding a 'Stage 2' supercharger would make the LeGran somewhat viable as a race car. Even with its current parts it's actually much quicker than most would expect.

Just like the GM and Barstow, it also lacks a roll cage. Will those cars get one?
Someone's reading the hints during loading. xD

Who ever did the research/modeling on the interior on this thing needs a raise. Really good work on this car.

I couldn't replicate the steering wheel cover :p

I managed to hit 150 miles per hour in the supercharged LeGran sport top speed wise. It is quite the sleeper to say the least.

Why stop with Mitsubishi equivalents? I picked this thing out a long time ago as a possible recipient for an in-universe equivalent of the Buick Indy V6. Have to be a custom job, of course, but what a sleeper!

Not true. Just leave the beam axle if you want your 'magic' to stay.

For me, there's nothing 'magical' about flat out inferior engineering. More options, more satisfaction.

nice exhaust modification, myself i would like to have the muffler near the end of the tailpipe with a dual outlet off of it like the lumina euros had, also about the Chrysler K vs Gm Based Vehicle, this is obviously 95% GM based, from the interior modeling, exterior shaping, and engine modeling work and engine options this is clearly 80s to early 90s Gm based work, the sport intake for the v6s actually should of just been for a 3.1l v6 vin t code instead of the sport intake for both v6's because the intake doesnt look like that on the 3.3l v6 or the 3.8l v6

You could take the axle out, put it in a furnace, bend it, and put it back. Problem solved.

...I actually really want to see something like that drive... ideally in real life but a mod for beam would work as well.

Tried bending the axle. Doesn't really give much stance.

I took the Legran offroading on JRI this weekend, and I came up with some rather surprising results ...
    screenshot_00020.png
Apparently, the Legran's relatively light weight allows it to perform quite well off road with minimal modifications. The cars shown in this post are manual SE V6 towing package cars equipped with large tires, and race front coilovers/rear springs for extra height.
    screenshot_00021.png
This particular white car didn't seem to care that it lost a rear wheel, even though that meant there was nothing keeping the front passenger-side drive wheel grounded for most of the drive from the bridge up the mountain.
    screenshot_00022.png
In the end, my lousy driving was what killed the white car - I bashed the radiator in and it ground to a halt at the intersection just below the volcano peak. See the exclamation mark on the route picture below for just how this car got.
    screenshot_00023.png
This blue car made it up to the mountaintop from the bridge without any resetting, nodegrabbing, or recovery, then back down by another route.
    screenshot_00024.png
    Then back up again...
    screenshot_00026.png
...And then back down by the original route. And the car still ran and drove fine!

This is what I love about Beamng. Any other game wouldn't have let me attach offroad tires to a car like the Legran, much less give it a fair shake at tackling a trail like that. I was surprised, the devs would probably be surprised, but programming the car to be the sum of its parts allows the Legran to perform outside of its design parameters.

I do wish that the race suspension could be raised just a little higher though, as the smallest off-road tires I could find still clip slightly through the fenders at all four corners.

Here's the route I took, in case there's somebody who wants to test-drive an offroad Legran for themselves:

    80ies overload

Can't get much more nostalgic than that, except for the font used, perhaps.
