I DELETED THE BEAMNG UPDATER

PLAESE help. I was going to update my game because I accedalty deleted dry rock island and It said updater deleted would u like to delete this short cut?

 

C:\Users\YourUserNameHere\AppData\Local\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive-0.3

and at the bottom, there should be a file named Update.exe, or Update.exe.old, if its the latter, rename it to Update.exe, and then run it, if you dont have either, then youll have to re-install most likeley

also, i have no idea why the forum is putting a space between Bea and MNG.drive-0.3, just get rid of the space when you copy and paste, and chance YourUserNameHere to your windows user name

 

First, find a flathead screwdriver and pry the Caps Lock and both Shift keys off your keyboard.

Go to "C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\BeamNG\BeamNG.Drive-0.3\" and find a file named "update.exe.old". Rename it to "update.exe", and run it. If you don't have that file, redownload the game.
Log into the email account you used to purchase Drive, then open the email you received with the serial key. One of the enclosed links will download a fresh copy of the Drive installer to your PC.
