The game does not load and shows a zoomed out version of map

After loading a map, the game simply shows a zoomed out version of that map with no cars loaded and gauges broken. *Tries both safemode and clearing cache, have no mods.

 

What car are you trying to run, I remember this happened to me but I cant remember the fix for it...

 

None. It just happens after I try and load any map.

Just a random thing but have you changed your default config to some mods config and you no longer have the mod now as it is in safe mode?

 

I have tried in both safe mode and regular mode, and as far as I know have no mods installed to the game and did not have any mods that edited the games config files.

 

@Nadeox1 I know I was given a fix for this but is there anything you can do to help out here I know I am asking for your help well past midnight here but any assistance?

Sorry, I thought you meant it was just because I was in safe mode.
