You can get mods for it right? Or is it totally locked in. Now that I know that there are dissapearing roads, it seems like they reduce quality on these games now.
I didn't have any dissapearing roads issues with my game, but i know that it has happened to some people. I also had it for ps4 so i don't know anything about mods for the game. You can google that yourself. But the pc version has wheel support and the consoles doesn't so keep that in mind. Why do you want to get the game even after all the negatives that we have mentioned? AFAIK there will be an new need for speed game in 2017 so why do you want the 2 year old version?
Nope, no mods. The only games that I am aware of that have mods on console are the Bethesda games... mainly Fallout and Skyrim.
