How do you place objects inside of trucks?

I have been trying to figure out how to put props inside of trucks, but can't seem to get it. I want to put props in the bed of pickup trucks, like wooden crates for example. When I click "spawn new", it spawns next to the truck, not inside. How do I move props to the bed of the truck? Any help is appreciated!

 

Enter Free Camera by pressing CTRL + C, then move the camera so it's above the bed of the truck and press F7 to place the Wooden Crate at that spawn point and then you're done.

I did it the hard way by using free camera and "hand carrying" cargo into the bed of the pickup truck!
