It probably does get low MPG. I need some MPG figures now --- Post updated --- Flooring the lvl 9 only gets me 3.6 MPG while normal crusing gives me 13-14 MPG surprisingly.
You can make fuel consumption "artificially" higher by editing the burnEfficiency parameter of the engine if you like. For realism...
I do high speed testing and I get about 8 or 9 mpg I was expecting something like oh I donno 0.1 mpg lol --- Post updated --- is that within the ETKS folder or the ETKS kevlar folder?
In the engine file. I'm yet to test this mod, but I guess it comes with some engine, unless it's using the "stock" ones of the regular S-Series by NinetyNine. Code: "burnEfficiency":0.10 in the engine, for example, would make it burn fuel like there's no tomorrow.
My monster truck weights 11.000 lbs and burns a whole tank of fuel (80 liters) in 12 minutes with "burnEfficiency":0.10...
I stuck with the stock engine since it wasn't going to guzzle fuel so quickly. Im probably about to make a custom turbocharger for it.
Awesome. You can put the burnEfficiency parameter in the turbocharger, too. Once your custom part is selected, its parameters will override those of the base engine.
So the burn efficiency I have been messing with is what on the turbocharger or something...interesting...
What I also was planning for this car was to add smoke screens from the exhaust using a button and run flat tires. Is both even possible?
You could approximate simulation of runflats with some tire arguments of pressureWheels. Like, you should have almost indestructible tread and side beams, with TreadReinfBeams, TireSideReinfBeams and TireLBeams enabled and tuned for stiffness.
I believe the S-Series is using universal tires (found in content\vehicles\common.zip\vehicles\common\tires), you'll need to make a custom version of the JBeam.
I can't get it to spawn, I even tried it in safe mode and it just spawns nothing. --- Post updated --- nevermind, ignorant me forgot to get the actual s series. sorry
I tried messing with the burn efficiency all that happens is the coolant overheats why cant there be a fuel efficiency line where you set that to set the overall fuel economy for the vehicle.....thats what I wonder....
I think for the LVL 9 security level you should make the door and body thicker. At last the door and window.
