Thrustmaster Racing Wheel Help

    I recently acquired a Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Racing Wheel

    and I am having trouble calibrating it for use in BeamNG. The throttle works from the get go, but the steering and braking is not functioning. I can get the break pedal to move 3% of the way in game, and the steering is so sensitive that moving it an inch in real life moves the steering axis like 10 times. This gives the effect of turning the wheel back and forth very, very quickly, when you are only moving it an inch. Please help, I would love to drive around with this new gadget.

    There are no drivers, and the guide did not help. I guess this wheel just doesn't work on PC.

    The wheel is being advertised as PC compatible.

    You maybe just have to bind the actions to it correctly, I don't remember if the game comes or not with a pre-made configuration for it.
    You can do that from the CONTROLS menu.

    There are predefined bindings for the Ferrari430, but not for the Ferrari458.

    This means you have to configure the controls (we don't have the resources to preconfigure all steering wheel models being sold around the world).

    I've been trying that. I had the shifting and throttle working, but the brake pedal isn't working and neither is the steering, despite all the tips you gave. This specific wheel says Xbox only, but I figured I'd give it a go and see if I could make it work.

    Can you please specify at which specific point of the guide things start to go wrong? (I could copypaste the guide step by step, asking you at each step if things work or not, but that's slow and it's the reason I wrote the guide in the first place)
