Is there going to be a locking diff with the new update? Also, are the travel tires going to be included?

About this...

The main mod is quickly balooning in size (currently 192MB for 50 presets). I plan to add a couple new bodies that were planned long ago... and then stop.

The skin system in place is modular. I encourage anyone willing to create new paint schemes for the existing bodies to do so, but to redistribute them as separate add-ons.

The mod is almost ready for release. Once the new thread is up you can use it to submit your skin packs if you want.

 

could you try reducing the size of the mod by making alot of the skins seperate? 1 paint per body but the ability to download more.

 

Sure, I could, but I'd rather not as of now.

Separating and repacking that many skins takes time, and you know time is my greatest enemy.

 

This is more of a windows/computer based question but whenever I am trying to login on my desktop which has Beam.NG Drive my screen turns black. I can tell the back lighting is still on but I can not do anything. This happens right after I hit enter for my password and it loads longer than usual. Does anyone know whats wrong? This is keeping me from using Beam.

 

doge.windows.exe has experienced an error and needs to be reinstalled (my best guess)

 

Can you log in in Safe Mode?

Does your monitor show any message on screen as it turns black, such as "Out of Range" or similar?

 

I took it the hard way and reset my computer while keeping files. It worked though! Thanks for the help anyways.

I downloaded this crd version and have yet to see a body on any of them. I've checked for dupes and cleared the cache. any ideas?

 

Do you have presets? If you load any of them, what happens exactly?

 

The dl on the first page is the oldest version.

 

@puddlejumper6999 Are you getting something like this?

That can sometimes happen if an older version of the mod is also enabled, then disabled. Try to disable any other mods you have installed, clear the cache and see if the issue persists. Could be a conflict somewhere.

Or are you getting at least this?


Double clicking the CRD mod will only load up the bare chassis (default), click the mod once to get the list of presets:

 

I downloaded from the link posted on page 49-50. I see the main truck as if it were the bare one from mods.ru.

 

Is the newest version available yet?

 

Nope, one last test version will be released for beta testing in the next few hours.

Once testing on that is done, I'll finally release it.
