Are you using mods? Which?

but it is just an outdated/old mod probably - Broken because of the latest update.

The example car is a vehicle made by the devs which was put on the wiki to show newcomers what an N/B structure looks like and to give some explanation and show how a vehicles is setup.
@Nadeox1 This is a legitimate bug report so I just thought it would be worth tagging.
