Yes i know about the forest editor but i want to create the 3d grass painting Grass with the terrain painter.
example: if you edit Industrial map with the terrain painter (the brush button) using "Grass" paint, it will create the 3d grass together the paint. (like in the picture)

That kind of grass is done with Ground Cover objects. If you still have the old objects left, maybe you have to change the layer to the new terrain. If you have objects with a grass icon in Vegetation folder, click on one of them, go to Types, 0, layer, then select your grass layer. That should make the grass show up only on that material.

If you want to make a new grass type, go to Scene Tree > Library > Level > Environment, create a Ground Cover.

Took me awhile to get this one but when I did it was life changing(not much going on ATM).

1 open the ground cover option under the library/level tab
    1.jpg
    2. select your grass from the material menu
    2.jpg
    3. In the inspector window expand "types" and "0". Select a material to paint the grass with, where ever this material in painted the grass will follow.

Adjust the options maxElements, radius and dissolveRadius to get the desired effect.

The fastest way to make a new level is to copy the .mis file from a previous one and just delete what you don't need. This keeps the lighting, skybox, ground cover etc.
