error with small islan

    it says NON GPU RESPONDING when I start small island in safe mode, any suggestion? i send a crash report to help the devs

    Ok, first improve your grammar.
    Second, what is happening? "it happends this when I start small island in safe mode" doesn't help.

    i am in the same boat

    Basiclly when i try to play on east coast usa i get a gpu error and the game crashes.
    happens now and again

    For me this happens only on Small Island

    Edit: I have cleared cache (manually) multiple times. I do have many map mods so I guess this can not be taken seriously as a bug in beamng. Once the error comes up, my laptop switches to integrated graphics until I restart my laptop. So relaunching beamng after this error will use integrated instead of dedicated graphics, even though beamng still reports I'm using dedicated graphics.

    Same here. Much more crashes happening now than before. Common one: "gpu not responding"

    Try these:
    • Clean Re-Install your GPU drivers (Nvidia has an option for that in the 'Custom Installation Mode'. Not sure about AMD. You can also use DDU eventually).
    • Update/Repair your DirectX installation ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=35 )
    • If your GPU is overclocked, return it to stock settings (whatever the stocks are for your card model)
    • Delete the 'cache.0.8.0.1' to force the game regenerate your shader cache.

    Aside that, what graphic settings are you guys using? Maybe something related to some odd combination.

    I know it's an outdated GPU, but this has only happened once. Selected East Coast USA, and my GPU suffered a crash and recovery. ATi Radeon HD 4300-4500 Series
