Is this legit?

I think I remember downloading it from that russian site, and I remember having the vehicle in my mods, I have pictures. However, I feel hesitant as if it is a virus.

 

This video is from a user that (sadly) died.
this is in a old version of the game.
Point: You can't trust Russian mods because of quality anyways.

doesn't look terrible as far as non forum mods go but that site is sketchy but I may be biased because I get my crappy mods from wom and I have found that site to be perfectly safe

She actually died in a car crash, somewhat ironically. Look around a bit and you might be able to find some more info but there isn't much.

I would tend to say no as this is from an older version of the game and also nadeox is usually right
