Hi, I'm planning on buying a used Logitech G27 racing wheel soon, and I wanted to know if I should. I know it came out in 2010 and was discontinued in 2015, but I wanted to know how long it will be supported in BeamNG.drive. I don't want to spend almost $400 on a wheel and then have it not be supported in a year. Thanks

The G27 will always be supported. Don't worry buddy.

I use a Driving force GT and I think that's older than the G27 anyway.

I have a "Microsoft SideWinder Force Feedback Wheel USB" and "Microsoft SideWinder Precision Racing Wheel", released in 1998 and 1999, both being older than me. They work just fine in Windows 10 and BeamNG.drive;)

So I bet the G27 will be supported for years to come.

Judging by the amount of complaints cause by the g27 crash bug thingy, I think @Nadeox1 will continue support for a while.

I wanted a manual shifter, and that's the lowest price I could find that didn't look in bad shape.

That's the lowest price I could find. And it was actually more like $345.

Ok so I got the wheel today and I can't steer. Everything else seems to work. I installed the driver software, and the Steering control is set to XAXIS. Is that correct? The steer right and left controls are set to just the keyboard bindings. I inserted a picture of my controls. Thanks

Ok well I just found out that I need a power supply. And the wheel I bought didn't come with one. Oops

    Power supply is definitely necessary!
Once you get one, you can click Reset All in the bindings menu. All connected devices (including wheel) will reset to a working set of bindings, which includes h-shifter, steering, pedals, etc.
