I've just seen, that my SSD (C: ) is almost full, and the folder that takes most space is the mods folder. I've installed Beam on my other Hard Drive (D: ) but the game puts the mods automaticly under C:/Documents/Beam/Mods. is there any way i can change that?

In some startup file maybe, but in windows you can move the whole documents folder to another location (D for example). The game (and everything else too) will then use that location.

You need to edit the 'startup.ini' file located in the game's directoy.

I've entered the path where i put the folder but still, the game loads up with zero mods

    To quote my startup.ini

    "
; use UTF-8 without BOM as encoding

    [filesystem]
; This determines where the User path is.
; This is by default or when empty below "My Documents\BeamNG.drive"
    UserPath = D:\mods

    ; example for using e:\beamng-user
    ;UserPath = e:\beamng-user

; example for using a relative path to this folder
    ;UserPath = \user

; example for local path (same as -nouserpath)
    ;UserPath = .\

    "
maybe you see what i've done wrong

After you changed the path, did you move your mods in that folder?

    No, that's wrong.
Your 'cache' folder is now D:\mods
That folder will act as the Documents/BeamNG.Drive folder now.

You have to keep the same folder structure as the original folder.

D:\mods\mods is where you should put your mods

I suggest to change that folder name to something less confusing like D:\BeamNG.Drive
