I know there was a thread about this before, but this is not exactly the same.
I would like to be able to put objects in the back of vehicles. It works for a while, but they slide around like crazy, make smoke, sparks and debris, and clip through the sides of the vehicle they are in. It would be good if they had bit more friction in there and stayed within the car.

    Here are some examples:

I didn't even move the truck, the concrete block worked its way out the side by itself. It started in the middle.

These barrels slid around by themselves, and then went mad when I started to drive.

Also, I am pretty much urinating out of excitement for the next update.

Yes, we are very aware of this problem, and we know how to solve it; just give us time :) We need to make the collision triangles have thickness inwards, and give the inner side the same impenetrability as the outer side. Right now the outer face is impenetrable at speeds below mach 1, but the inner face is easily penetrated and then the node gets stuck on the other side. If we give the triangles thickness and equal impenetrability it will fix it.
