Problems Launching

Hello, i'd like to ask for help because i have problems launching the game... well, i cant launch it at all

Im playing BeamNG for quite some time now, but i've never stumbled upon such a problem
All started when BNG started to drop in frames, from 60 to 30 and then it dropped to a state of a slide show (15> FPS)

I decided ,,Well, I have those problems, maybe get rid of all the mods?" - This plan didnt quite work... iT didnt work at all xD
The next thing I can think of is uninstalling the game, then installing it again. So i uninstalled it and after a couple of mins had it back up on steam again but with 1 small problem

After launching the game, the steam window that usually updates the game popped up and then immideatly closed, just after that a window saying that the ,,content file is locked" is on the screen

I tried what steam support tells to do so i cleared the dowload cache but it didnt work, so im stuck here, begging for help

I'll try to look up on the internet what should i do, probably its something easy but im just an idiot, if it is, im sorry to waste your time on reading this xD

Maybe reinstalling the game will help? Idk...
