Is the wiki entry about maps in '0.9' moving to .json legit? If so just about every single mod map ever made will no longer work after 0.9 and require fixing. 0.9 will be huge none the less.
Just sitting here speculating on what might come in a Beam update in 40 years, maybe you'll be able to plug something into your head that lets you feel your body turn into porridge while trying to do a barrel roll in a 2035 model Pessima. Technology is amazing.
You can do this now, minus the plugging something into your head part. Buy a 2001 sedan and crash it into a wall ;p
Yes, tdev made that wiki page. Also, I don't see the update coming out tomorrow, I see it happening sometime around late next week and early April.
I see us entering the "Is it THIS Friday?" phase. Also, my least favorite car in the game is whatever is on the top of the dev blog. It means no update yet. I hated the 800 series before 0.8, and now I like it but despise the LeGran, because it symbolizes the lack of 0.9.
I feel the same way, but I think with the hopper I will be happier because it's not another sedan or coupe its finally a new truck/suv which we've been lacking
But soon I will dislike it as it will symbolize the lack of 0.1.0. No offense to the devs, but the waiting game for new content is really intense.
I did. I'm just not used to the whole numbering scheme. It could be 1.0 though, but that seems VERY unlikely.
When an update is near, I get a feeling. It's not going to be this week or next week. Trust me. And if the developers post an update in that timeframe, I'll hit someone with Marvin again.
After the urge to reach through my screen and bro-hug you subsided I realized how much this makes sense.
Could I ask for detail about changing maps to .json? Is there any differences or extra possibilities now or does it simply change the file extension?
Hopefully it helps to adjust game settings to run it better and choosing best hardware for how one uses Beam, that is why I write that stuff
