Shifter in manual cars

When driving manual cars, I think it would be a cool detail to make the shifter move with the gear you're in. Is there a graphics detail you can turn up to make it do this or is it just stationary?

I've been wanting this feature too for a long time

 

I think some cars have it, but I've never really taken notice.

 

Only the automatic shifters move, although the column shifter in the Burnside Special with the manual transmission selected, it does "move" but again, it's pretty much like the automatic version. There was one car that had an actual moving shifter, which was the Honda Del-Sol, but the various updates have broken it, and it was LUA-based IIRC.

 

The Honda del Sol works fine for me in 0.8. Just the steering is pretty weird, very slow and imprecise
