fuel burns out in like 10 hours (never played that long at one time ) should be burning. faster fuel stations were you can fuel up kinda like in spintires. ive never lasted long enough to finish the hyper milling scenario but it seems like you will finish it easily
I actually think fuel burns too fast. When playing I like to drive in a rather normal way, and the best I can do is barely 10 mpg. Yeah, That's with D15 so it may be realistic but a solid 15 would be more realistic in my opinion. Also, consider the car your'e in, even if it's a bit sporty, some cars have a tendency to be more fuel efficient than you might think.
Hills are quite steep in the game, especially mod maps tend to have inclines way steeper that you see in reality, Tennessee is nearly only map where one could drive longer sessions with typical real world way, so that is a factor, how big factor I have no idea. I have used half a tank in T-series, it took long time at full throttle, usually I can't manage to burn more than 1/8th of tank before getting tired.
Try to drive a Roamer with the 5.5L V8 and a Stage 3 Supercharger .. It burns fuel like a Truck Also the Caps title is not necessary
Think about it, Most of our sessions are for a few miles. How much fuel do we burn in a few miles in real life? Depending on the vehicle, and driving conservatively, chances are that we burn less than or about a gallon (15+ Miles). Cars need range. How would you get anywhere. Our cars nowadays, driven correctly, can produce hundreds of miles of range (400-600+ Miles is not uncommon). It would be pointless even for a sports car to be out of gas after 50 miles of spirited driving. My point is, this isn't an issue, it's realistic.
I thought the fuel already burns too fast. I usually drive in game with 10-20% throttle and I still get better economy in real life than I do at this game. Closest match is newer machines like the Sunburst or ETK 800.
I would like if there was a way to get the cars to start with half tank, or quarter tank, which is the case for almost everyone everyday.
There is also an engine parameter (burnEfficiency) that influences how fast the vehicle burns fuel. My monster truck can burn 80 lts of fuel in a matter of minutes just like the real thing would, thanks to an aptly configured burnEfficiency index.
that dosent work.. I just tried it because I found it myself . For some reason it doesnt work .. and yes I tried differend mode for the console
