Um... how to get back on topic... I've been puzzling over this for a bit, and I'm assuming it's an ETK 2000i. In the I-Series files, the "etki_letters_d.dds" includes badging for a 2000 model (I also mentioned this on the wiki). Since this model clearly hasn't been in the game yet, I'm going to call this his "mystery car".
I'm @JoshTheAwesome "update i think will be today (tonight) or saturday (Night)" "im calling it update this weekend" Its a joke but yes I THINK the update MIGHT be tonight.
It has a chin spoiler though. Why would a super basic model have a chin spoiler? My guess is that it's probably just Hutch's personal car, that he uses everywhere. It's been in several screenshots so far.
Maybe because I called it an i model. The 2400i in the game has the chin spoiler, extra chrome, and headlight wipers, whereas the 2400, the comparatively "super basic" model, does not. The number has mostly to do with the size of the engine, it says that on the wiki as well.
This is getting old af and wasn't even funny in the first place (just like the duck meme). That red car is an ETK, the Hopper is a completely different car. There are only 2 official pictures of the Hopper (note that it isn't even red in either one) which both were posted by Gabester, not Lfj. The red car was and still is an ETK I Series, period. When the update comes out, you can all have as many red Hoppers as you want.
Those wheels are exactly the same that are already in game. It's just a different config of the normal i-series. And on steamdb the QA branch was updated 13mins ago. The update is "soon."
This is not really a reliable source of an incoming update. They update the QA Branch very often (not every single day though). A better indication is if that branch is updated three or four times in a span of a few hours.
