@RobertGracie No need to strip out the PC. I just put the vacuum cleaner on the blow mode and blew out the dust. Then I took a paint brush ( the kinda bug one ) and just roughly brushed up my graphics card, the processor, PSU and the top of the HDDs followed by another session to blow out the dust with the vacuum. Took my about 30 minutes to do it but its really worth it.
And as for your PSU, it is kinda too expensive for me at the moment as I will be buying stuff for about 250-300 dollars already for my PC's cooling.

I prefer to do things over the top its just my way of making SURE its clean..

Its always good to clean it nicely, but i am going to change the cabinet so why waster time making this one spic and span.

I have a small idea which I will be experimenting in which I will place nets ( netlon ) over the top of every opening of the cabinet to prevent dust from entering. So the only thing i have to do it clean the net say once a week or month and the inside will be always as good as new ( maybe some dust ). Maybe you should try that too.
