So, I just need to ask, is there any known way to put the Sunburst light bar on a Gavril Grand Marshal? I was hoping for the more modern LED look, and the new update compelled me to go ahead and ask.

I don't think there is a mod that ported it so far. You could so it yourself maybe ? :)

That's actually my problem, I've tried doing it myself, and can't seem to figure out how.

I'm as much as you a beginner in modding this game, but maybe you could check up the wiki about modding, also https://www.beamng.com/threads/narwhals-explanations-thread.26924/ he explains how to swap textures (for engines swaps etc) and add separate parts.
The thing you would have to do i guess is open the Dae of the sunburst, keep only the lightbar, import the grand marshall and adjust it. Delete the grand marshall, export the Dae and Jbeam naming it correctly. Then just work out the jbeam, the textures are already done. You can use the slot that is used aswell on the grand marshall for the lightbar.
I'm noob but it's probably a way of doing it. :)

Well, here's what I can't figure out. The lightbars all seem to be held in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\BeamNG.drive\content\vehicles\common.zip\vehicles\common\lightbars area. I just can't seem to figure out how they can apply to one vehicle or another.
