Looks nice. However, are you going to make the body panels thicker? Having them be just one layer of polygons makes it look (and act) too thin.
I am loving how this is turning out so far! I was curious of something from a flex shot you posted; is the truck supposed to flex that much? (I don't have a problem with it. I actually like how much it flexes!) Is it normal, or even possible in real life to have a truck flex that much? I do realize that this is your fantasy vehicle as well.
Yes by the length of the cloilovers it actually has room for even more flex lol but if it get more it just wouldnt be stable anymore
That's interesting. Then again, I don't know much about car innards (I know some things), but I am slowly learning more from Drive. Also, how's the progress on the truck?
couple months XD still learning beamng, so the damage is just disgusting at the moment. also i am having trouble with my window textures everytime i restart the game the windows become white and i have change something on the material file to get it dark and transparent again singleton Material(windows) <======= this part i make it windows2 and respawn it works fine but when i turn off the game and restart-windows are white again so i change the windows2 into windows3 work fine again { mapTo = "wondows";
I can see a lot of potential for a great offroad vehicle! I have noticed one thing; the vehicle spawns in sideways (it's rotated 90 degrees to the right). Is it supposed to do this?
I really, really like it. My only gripes are that there are no parts or interior but that's obviously to come. One thing though, the front end likes to break really easily.
so far it works great, really like the suspension, only things so far the rear lights and some suspension components are showing in the rear tub and the front wheels hit the control arms at full lock.
