Cars do not spawn

Hello, I have been directed here.

Various cars from different sources (all downloaded here) are not spawning. Some do, but most don't.

I attempt to install by placing the zip file in the c/docs beamng/mods folder and when I spawn I get the following -

1) Game simply shows an empty area, no car, controls do not respond, use tab to go to another vehicle, fine, works, tab back nothing, view does not work, no throttle etc

2) spawn car, shows only map 200 ft up, (as above)

Have you considered verifying your games integrity? Have you tried clearing your cache? Also, what game version do you have?

1) Hopper folder not illustrated with picture of Hopper

 

This user has also said that after he installs my Hopper V8 engine the vehicle doesn't spawn anymore while it does on everyone else's end. So it's not just older mods as it appears.

It seems like you don't have the latest version of the game. The current version of the game is 0.9.0.4.

Can you verify your game version? Just a picture of the main menu is enough.

Wait... Game version 0.8.0.1 with the Hopper in it? Where did you get your game?

So via Humble Bundle, I suppose... There are only two legal sources to get the game from. Humble Bundle and Steam.

@Nadeox1, can you verify what's going on here?

I think I found the reason for why the Hopper mods are not working. You don't have the Hopper. You have an outdated game version. I don't know how you can get the latest version via Humble Bundle, for that we need our hero @Nadeox1.
