i will let @hog0005 answer this question, i have no idea yet.. --- Post updated --- just uploaded the update a few things might be broken because i wasn't done working on it, but i dont have any option, i work so much at my jobs that i can't finish this myself.
It may just be me, but the rear 4 link suspension is very low even with height maxed out. Is this a known issue?
Probably a known thing, but I just found this mod. Really loving it, but one issue, the 44" spare for the offroad roll cage seems to make the truck float.
Things will stay here as far as I know. I plan on doing wheel base extensions to the standard frame in the same way I have with the 4 link frame bobyb55 and a full on cage is on the way as well. Cheers for letting me know about the spare on the roll cage Wahlfactor, it needs to be fixed but I have been flat out working on the suspension and 6x6. I've probably sorted the rear 4 link suspension sitting low as well Nicktar2002 I'll combine everything tonight with the latest update from JackLumba and re-release as soon as I have it stable.
Since you are the lead on this mod and the 6x6, can you make the 6x6 use the 4 link suspension and work with @crashmaster to make the limo use 4 link suspension? It's so much better than the stock suspension plus looks awesome.
Clear your cache and make sure that you delete all previous versions of the mod --- Post updated --- If that does not work, try disabling or deleting any other offroad or wheel/hub mod.
The four link LWB rear axle's suspension is broken for me, The coilovers act like they don't exsist. The Cut hood is also broken, Act's like there's no texture for it, I can Ctrl click it and move it but it's not there. Already cleared cache and redownloaded the mod. Nether helped. Also Why is the spare tire holder for the offroad cage attached to the Tailgate? (Not a modder so this may be a dumb question) But wouldn't it have been easier to attach it to the cage? Make it a hard mounted object? (Not sure if wording is right on that part)
He's already said he's working on some of the bugs especially the rear suspension and will update it tonight.
@Nicktar2002 yeah mate thats exactly what what is happening with the 6x6 at the moment, I haven't done a stock version yet, just been setting everything up with the 4 link first and figured I would expand to a stock config later on. As for the 6x6 limo, @crashmaster and I have been talking and it is on the cards, I just want to finish getting the axles sorted and iron out any bugs before things get spread around too much. Plus I really need to get the driveshafts and 6x6 splitting transfer case modeled as well. Cheers for the heads up about the cut hood @Kirakat, the suspension and configs should be fixed in the next update. I'm aware that the roll cage spare has quite a few issues and plan on redoing it asap. While we are talking bugs, would people rather I cleaned the pack up for now and removed buggy/broken parts until they are repaired or just leave them there and slowly work through? Personally I would like to remove buggy parts and take the time to fix each thing, I think it will help keep the quality higher. The next update 0.85.1 will be quite a large file as I need to go through and optimize the .daes, this does cause long loading times before things are cached. It'll take me a while to optimize everything and require quite a lot to be changed in the flexbody code so it will most likely happen when we get to 0.9, I also plan on fixing textures around the same time as there isnt any point doing it before possible mesh changes. I'm stoked to be able to continue this awesome project for @JackLumba and really hope I can do it justice. P.S. Big thanks @FLyInG 2 YoUr SoUL for letting me pinch his transbrake code from the revamped CRD monster truck.
