the electrical issue is because you have too many things for the electrical system. a fuse is there to keep the wiring from lighting on fire so it blowing frequently means you ether have to remove some stuff or upgrade the wiring and a new battery if it is old. the engine issues should be fixed by some fuel injector cleaner or maybe some seafoam and you should fix the suspension because blown suspension makes it handle very bad for a minivan
luckily today we went to a parts store and bought a new battery and i am gonna replace it in up comming day because yes its old and worn and i am also gonna fix the suspension thanks the advice
try the battery but if the fuse keeps blowing then remove a few things to take the load off the wiring
