Game crashed when spawning more than 2 cars.

As the title suggests the game just shits itself when I try to spawn more than 2 cars with mods or without mods.With mods it would either crash the game or the camera would just move to a random place on the map. Without the mods it would just crash.

 

Might not matter, but what are your PC specs?
